A lightweight toolkit for tracking quality tasks, inspections, and follow-up actions without burying teams in enterprise overhead.
Problem
Small teams often manage quality work across email, spreadsheets, and disconnected trackers. That keeps the process moving, but it makes ownership, state, and history harder to defend later.
Approach
Open QMS Workbench is intended as a narrow, auditable workflow layer for quality tasks and inspection follow-up. The goal is not to replace a validated enterprise QMS; it is to give teams a clean open-source starting point for work that would otherwise live in scattered files.
Status
The project is currently in concept form. Planned modules include task routing, completed-record views, issue disposition, and exportable evidence packs.
